This place is in a great spot, with the Swiss National Park and other Engadin attractions just a stone's throw away. Plus, it's close to some yummy restaurants too.

Recently renowated, very charming family size hotel

A really really nice way to end my trip. Fairly clean and quirky place, generous breakfast with lots of options. Lots of outstanding food for meals. Big, fashionable rooms with extremely comfy beds.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Engadine, surrounded by breathtaking nature. The rooms have a touch of local architecture and are spacious and clean. I loved the balcony overlooking the valley, it provided a stunning view. The breakfast buffet was a delight, with the option for a cooked meal at no extra charge.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

The Crusch Alba staff is very warm-hearted and you immediately feel that they want to be understood as hosts. The hotel is renovated following local tradition with a lot of wood and stones. The diner in the hotel restaurant was excellent, not only from a quality point of view but also from the way how it was served. In the bar you can be lucky and meet some local people still talking Rumantsch. It was my second stay in this hotel and I will definitively go again.

Very clean room, recently remodeled. Enrico was great. Pretty centrally located to the things we wanted to do. Breakfast selection was pretty good

There is no elevator, so older people beware! The service in the restaurant was lousy!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the railway station and right in the center of town. It's also located in the national park, making it the perfect base for exploring the stunning surroundings of Engadin. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. They were helpful in providing information about hiking routes and even showed us photos to give us an idea of what to expect. The rooms at this hotel were beautifully designed, with a touch of local architecture. The wooden interiors and original artwork created a warm and rustic atmosphere. The rooms were also well-equipped with basic amenities such as books and games, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options. We especially liked that we had the choice of a cooked meal at no extra charge. Plus, we had the pleasure of enjoying our breakfast with a good view from the balcony.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were fantastic, nothing to improve.

Local Drunks Were Throwing beer glasses and cans in hotel car park for around two hours late at night no action was taken and we would not go there again

The venue is modern, it offers amazing breakfast and has good location near the pizzeria next door, and Worthwhile to stay. Very very helpful and attentive staff as one would expect...

This place has a great location, not too far from the Swiss National Park and just a short 10-minute walk to downtown, and the room was recently refurbished with a balcony, a good deal.

Recently re-furbished using wooden furnishings and lovely wall sketches. The ambience is very pleasing. Room not large but comfortable. first and second floors have access to roof terrace with good views. Food was excellent and although expensive matched other hotels in Zernez.

No lift could be a problem. Only one front of house person who acted as receptionist, waitress and barmaid. She was however very pleasant and efficient.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Crusch Alba in Zernez. The hotel is well-maintained and fairly clean, with stylish rooms and original artwork. The location is excellent, adjacent to hiking and mountain biking trails. The property's restaurant offers good food, a nice atmosphere, and lovely staff.

The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good value for money.

WiFi internet access was not so good in the room, and there is no lift. But these are not big issues for me.

The hotel has been beautifully updated with elegant lighting and artwork. There is a deck off the back of the third floor - perfect for watching the mountains, pastures and trains. Breakfast room is big, clean and inviting. The restaurant food was wonderful, as was the wine list. A perfect location for visiting the Swiss National Park.

Located a bit close to the main road, but, still plenty quiet at night. They could have had more information on hand regarding visiting the Park (but the Park Visitor House is in walking distance).
